Brilliant LLC ("we," "us," or "our") created the SuperDad mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. The approach is simple: SuperDad is designed to work without collecting your personal data.

The short version

SuperDad does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. We operate no servers that receive your data, we do not use analytics or advertising, and we do not track you across apps or websites.

Information we collect

None. SuperDad does not ask you to create an account, and it does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, location, or device identifiers.

Anything you interact with in the App — the tips you read, the activities you browse, the conversation cards you use, and the settings you choose — stays on your device. It is not sent to us or to any third party.

Notifications

SuperDad can send you notifications, such as your daily parenting tip or affirmation. These notifications are generated and scheduled on your device. Enabling them requires your permission, which your device asks for separately, and you can turn notifications on or off at any time in your device settings. We do not collect any data in order to deliver them.

Permissions

The only permission SuperDad requests is permission to send notifications. The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, files, or other sensitive device features.

Third-party services

SuperDad does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App is distributed through the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and those platforms may collect their own information (such as download counts and basic diagnostic data) under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Children's privacy

SuperDad is intended for parents and adult caregivers. It is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Data security

Because SuperDad does not collect or store your personal data on any server, there is no personal data for us to lose, expose, or misuse. Information about your use of the App remains on your own device.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and the CCPA/CPRA (California) grant you rights over personal data a company holds about you.
